I cannot find words strong to express my revulsion and fury over the political debates in Denmark atm. All of you Scandi-noir loving people out there, who swallow the egalitarian tolerant propoganda whole, should know that Denmark has gone full NS in its treatment of muslims.

Det er politik når det er mest ulækkert.

"Damerne først" på #DR kan være tankevækkende selv om jeg ofte er uenig. Pt kører det tomgang og dagens program var som et racistisk lokum. Libak sidder & gør sig lystig over spiralsagen & grønlandske kvinders børnefødsler mens de to andre fniser. Det var lige så anstødeligt som det er pinligt.

I was really shocked at this story. What shocked me was not the new low of the Danish Socialdemocrats and yet another obnoxious example of their "one people, one culture, one faith" poison, but that @roskildeuni.bsky.social complied. 👇
Hostility towards #academia and #immigrants is widespread. #Denmark is no exception. Under political and media pressure, earlier this week @roskildeuni.bsky.social decided overnight to close its Master's degree in Business Administration and Leadership (BAL) from 2026.

So proud of this work. The research was sponsored by @gerda-henkel-stiftung.de and writing it up was challenging, but I did it!
Drawing on unpublished archival material, Early Capitalism in Colonial Missions by @crankychris.bsky.social , compares two Moravian missions to demonstrate how their practices evolved over centuries as part of a globalizing world and economy.

Very excited to receive the paperback of my book, which was published last year. It is a study of the varying economic practices of the Moravian (Herrnhuter) missionaries in St. Thomas, Bethlehem (PA), and Greenland.
