The fear of missing out is so strong with people new to collecting comics that they are spending hundreds now on a comic with 10 printings, hundreds of variants and a huge initial print run. Rookie mistakes and burn out collectors when they find out these books never hold value.

Really dug the first two episodes of #StarTrekStarfleetAcademy. Liking Holly Hunter’s captain a lot. Also, is she the first non-human Captain we’ve had as the lead of a live-action Star Trek series?
