The thing that terrifies me right now: no matter who did this and for what reason, the fact that Charlie Kirk’s last words were vilifying trans people will be used as “evidence” that transgender folk are unstable and a threat to society.

Prepping a bunch of comics to be bound and I’m torn on the Captain Marvel comics between DeConnick and Thompson (Butters/Fazekas, the Gages, and Margaret Stohl). I could squeeze them all into one volume or I could split into two and also include the main Civil War 2 series with the first half.

I ordered a couple of single issues that I was having trouble tracking down from Mile High Comics and HOT DAMN their website was dated the last time I used it a decade ago and, like the plumbing in The Money Pit, it somehow hasn’t improved with age.

Saw the Eras Tour movie last night and it was such a fun experience! There was a group in the back basically having a dance party, some kids running about and dancing throughout, and the experience was simultaneously so familiar and so different I’m super glad I saw it both ways.

I generally don’t talk about Israel and Palestine on social media because I think it’s impossible to capture the nuance of the situation in 300 characters, and honestly the past week has just absolutely reinforced that decision in so many ways.

A question I ask myself sometimes is “would I have felt comfortable in my gender if I had been assigned female at birth?”
The fact that I am fairly sure the answer is no is one of the big ways I know I am nonbinary.

Got out of an all-day team retreat for work and it’s once again hitting me incredibly hard that I’m not going to be working with these amazing people anymore.
