#SLD25 🇯🇵 Defense Min Nakatani coined a new concept, calling for an OCEAN (One Cooperative Effort Among Nations) spirit to uphold rules based order, transparence & inclusiveness. Away from FOIP "strategy" or "vision" & any kind of "Asian NATO". He also mentioned strategic autonomy as essential.
