One of my fav vids from the early web is Amateur by Lasse Gjertsen. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jzqu... It's a great demonstration of how tech (video editing in this case) can extend one's skills into another discipline. Here, someone who cannot "play" piano or drums is clearly still a musician. #edusky

As #edusky & other BlueSky teacher communities emerge, it's worth remembering that many educators left Twitter well before the Elon et. al toxicity period. Excessive self-promotion, lack of professional benefit, stress/burnout, noise, erosion of dialogue, etc. were all factors. Let's learn and grow.
