In a future where the vast majority of labor is automated, we will need UBI to ensure basic needs are met. However, we will also need a robust social welfare fund program to ensure that the non capital owning class retains control over the economy after losing the power of labor unions.

Leftists need to stop being so reactionary about AI and robot tech. It has an immense potential to help people. We should be focused on implementing leftist policies so that these technologies can be used to do the maximum good possible.

It should be uncontroversial that we should care about beings based on their level of sentient experience, and that therefore, we should care about non-human animals a great deal.

The popularity of progressive policies is extremely high. If democrats don't want to keep losing, they need to start running on these things. The party moving to the right as a result of this election would be a disaster.

Animal agriculture is a disaster not only for animal rights but for public health as well. It is a danger to society and it rots our morality.
Factory farming is the largest cause of human-induced suffering in the world. Animal agriculture is an industry of torture and abuse. Leftists must care more about the issue.
