Unfortunately, my dog Fifa passed away this past Sunday night. He would’ve turned 17 on the 25th, so he lived a long and good life, but it still hurts that he’s gone

The maps I’m referring to are like mahi, crableg, hammerhead, wahoo, mincemeat, brinewater, lemuria, haggle, bluefin, and maybe a few others. A lot of maps feel bad for AOE weaps like sblast and bucket to move through and rapid’s longer range and extra sustain with cooler feels so nice

I think I didn’t like double cooler with rapid because it felt like you still had to anchor too much so you couldn’t abuse how oppressive the weap is when it has cooler, but playing it as a midline with pen/edit on certain maps feels insanely strong. I’d probably run mint+dualie as the other two

Also same for edit. I’d like for it to get its paint back but that gun is also criminally ink efficient so I’d rather it paint again but have worse ink efficiency

I don’t wanna nerf mini’s paint because paint keeps getting nerfed on a lot of weapons and it makes low paint midlines start to feel shit to play. I think mini could def use an ink efficiency nerf so it can’t contest zone as long but I’d like moving around the map to still feel good

Also people have been bringing this up as a reason JP is better than the west which I don’t get at all😭. Experimenting is cool and it could help find good meta calls to give you an edge over common picks but that only matters if the field is even so it should be really low on the priority list lol

Yeah honestly +1 does a good amount of experimenting. I think my main gripe though is that probably since it’s primarily pickups, a lot of the stuff tested falls flat because there isn’t really a “vision” with what they’re doing but that’s most likely a pickup issue (ML experiments a lot)

A lot of people disagreed with grey saying to remove +2 and +3 but I honestly agree. Those servers are usually dead anyways and they just end up creating huge egos that do more harm than good

And yeah I agree it should move faster on points you’ve already gotten so breaking checkpoints aren’t the only thing making the tower move “faster”

True. Honestly the only thing I’d change is make the tower move WAY faster when you have control of it on your half of the map. It’d be a bad map anyways, but if you’ve played wahoo TC it’s just so horrible if one team pushes close to KO because it feels impossible to get the tower back to mid lol

Yeah true. TC gets hurt a lot by map design but I think the mode in general is good. However I also think if TC only was more common I think some of the borderline maps could become more competitive and smooth when optimized in the same way a lot of zones maps have
