Corn derivatives are in our food system. Matt Siegel talks about some in "The Secret History of Food: Strange but True Stories About the Origins of Everything We Eat" including baking powder, caramel, cellulose, citric acid, dextrose, inositol, malt, maltodextrin, and monosodium glutamate (MSG)."

Why did I start the Corn Allergy Library?

I wish I had a central source of info when corn became a problem. I vowed that once I learned how to eat outside of the food system, I would throw together something that would help others.

My motto: Be who you need.
