What an amazing experience: my first MLB baseball game, seeing my dad’s team - the a Blue Jays - play the Mariners and witnessing SO MANY CANADIANS showing up to support the game.
Call me naive, but these experiences do make me feel like there are conduits to peace that are within our reach.

Yesterday my husband and I took a dip in the ocean. I can now be classified as an annoying cold plunger - but they were right! It’s incredible! I don’t even really know what it’s doing for my body, but my ego is at 💯 #coldplunge #washingtonstate

This week I focused on getting my toes in the sand and my hands in the soil. Welcoming May 🌱

4 months ago I left Meta platforms and I have no regrets. I have however noticed a decline in my creative expression and output. I relied almost exclusively on instagram to share my life with creativity. I’m hoping to find my way back. Here are some photos of a recent day trip to Deception Pass. WA.
