Been super frustrated this year. I have maintained at the same weight pretty much all year despite still needing to lose a lot of weight. I've played with my food intake and calories, my exercise and nothing is bugging me this year. Ugh.

Ok hear me out here. Someone adapts Killer on the Road/The Babysitter Lives from @sgj.bsky.social as a 70's Grindhouse style double feature film release. Much like what we got from Rodriguez and Tarantino with Death Proof/Planet Terror. Keep it low budget, kind of campy, but fun as hell.

Ok hear me out here. Someone adapts Killer on the Road/The Babysitter Lives from @sgj.bsky.social as a 70's Grindhouse style double feature film release. Much like what we got from Rodriguez and Tarantino with Death Proof/Planet Terror. Keep it low budget, kind of campy, but fun as hell.
My wife has a Pathfinder game today with her friends, so my focus is writing today.

I'm such an idiot. Today I fell for a scam that cost me $4k. I can't believe it, they got me with fear and spoofing the local sheriff departments phone number. I should have been able to see through it, I'm usually good at spotting scams, but this one got me at the right time and state of mind.

So just finished the Killer on the Road from @sgj.bsky.social and holy crap! I've never had a book thrown me into a panic attack before. It was really good, but now I have to wait and recover before diving into The Babysitter Lives.

Finished Cibola Burn (Expanse book 4) and it was so good! I have lived this series so much. I didn't think I would enjoy a science fiction series since I dislike Fantasy so much. But I have been hooked since Leviathan Wakes.

I can't believe that I just finished my 14th book of the year. I've gone from being a person that hates reading to someone that reads daily. I'm getting ready to jump into my first Sci-Fi book tonight. Also open to book recommendations.

So frustrated trying to get my Kindle books in Calibre to get ready for my new kobo. None of the plugins actually seem to work, and I really don't want to have to repurchase all of these books again.

My reading streak continues. Read Phantasma last week and started Argyle this week. Phantasma was pretty decent, but I really did not need all the sex scenes. I wasn't there for that and it really did not add to the story at all. I wanted more of the games.
