The Story Genius Method of outlining: start w/the main character, not the story. Start w/what happens BEFORE the story begins. What motivates your character? What do they think they need? What is their core misbelief?

I haven't written in a while. I have an appointment with my Dr to make sure we don't need to make any changes to my meds, just in case. Not sure if it's just seasonal yuckiness or because we are living through the apocalypse... or both
