I'm not sure if this counts as "good news" but the #clematis is starting to leaf out...so is the honeysuckle, a few of the hydrangeas, and the daffodils.
While I'm eager for Spring, what if we have a really hard freeze like we sometimes do in Jan and Feb. What happens to all these tender new shoots?

The old Chinese calendar was based on the moon. The new year is always the 2nd full moon aft the WinterSolstice. So 4724, the year of the horse, begins w the next full moon on Feb 17. So don't put away your party hats!
