How it works is I have a website, I list upcoming Irish cons on it.
To make it on the list you have to
A: Tell me! Particularly if you're new or returning after a few years hiatus.
B: Have a confirmed venue
This last is why some of the older, reasonably reliable conventions aren't auto listed
