Goed nieuws, maar ook triest en woestmakend dat telkens de rechter nodig is om deze dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Kritiek dat de rechter “op de stoel van de politiek gaat zitten” is onterecht, de rechter toetst aan de wet. Probleem is dat de politiek schijt heeft aan de wet, vooral kabinet Schoof.
Historische overwinning voor het klimaat! Rechter oordeelt dat Nederland Bonaire beter moet beschermen tegen de klimaatcrisis én veel meer moet doen om klimaatdoelen te halen .
Gefeliciteerd @greenpeace.nl en inwoners van Bonaire met het winnen van deze belangrijke rechtszaak!
