Murat Urtembayev, a programmer at AvtoVAZ, is considered the first hacker in the USSR in 1982.
Out of resentment towards his superiors, he inserted a patch into the assembly line software.
This patch caused a severe malfunction, delaying production and resulting in 460 fewer cars produced.
