Got food stuck in my esophagus for the second time, now. This time it wasn't agony, but it did block even all fluids from going into my stomach, so drinking water to try to wash it down only resulted in drowning myself. Once again had to go to hospital. wtf is wrong with my body

Since last summer I've been trying to figure out how to repair my bike so I can bike again. Almost a year of not biking because my back wheel is fucked. Today I went to take pictures for a mobile bike repair company, only to realize...it isn't the only bike in the shed. (1/2)

goodness, if it isn't obvious already from my last few posts, my mental health is just completely fucked. More than it has been in a very long time. 48 hours now, and I haven't been able to sleep more than 20 minutes. Woke up again to more fear, though I at least was able to calm myself.
