🚧 Sidewalks are being repaired....

Progress is being made in restoring our roads and sidewalks around Washington Square.

I will continue to advocate for their complete restoration for the safety of both pedestrians and drivers.

On Tuesday, we voted to lobby for common-sense gun safety policies in Florida and Congress.

Universal background checks, secure gun storage, Red Flag Laws, and reporting lost/stolen guns.

Today I got to visit FSU's Interdisciplinary Social Science Program's Social Problems Course and talk about what challenges our community is facing, as so many are.

Policy decisions are community decisions that can either worsen these challenges or solve them.

Thank you for having me!

I was honored to speak with incredible women from women's and girls' councils across the state.

The economic insecurity that many women face is well known to our friends and neighbors, and we have the data to support this.
