Where does all this guilt come from? My only personality trait is being low maintenance but I feel like a burden

I have a busy life. I'm employed with errands to run. I also find the time to sit and stare at our texts hoping for a response. I take maybe 30 seconds of every hour to daydream about them.

Just because you have to pack doesn't mean you can't text me in a crisis

I understand that crying, begging people to talk to me, is not going to fulfill this void I have. If I don't, they forget I exist.

Maybe back idk, I'm a pretty inconsistent person.

I know I said I'd only post the one time. I will be updating daily with the amount of comments, and perhaps a particular comment or comment thread that caught my attention.
