Something a bit different.I made Lohikeitto from scratch today!! 🇫🇮I saved the salmon scraps and head to make a stock from scratch for it during Christmas. Made some now. Its bloody tasty. Put some more dill on top and crispy salmon skin. #finland #lohikeitto #suomi
