Finished up the baseplate, just needs a topcoat to protect the decals. Extremely pleased how it turned out, and legit looks like a hanger floor.

But more progress on the display base. The pinkish white still needs printed yellow and I need to do some touch up with the acrylic pens but it's coming together nicely.

Annual review today. Of everything this year, I am most proud of this:
We reduced the length of approved local admin from 1y to 90d, automated "go renew" emails at T-14/7 days and revocation at expiry, and stood up EOD.
90%+ reduction in elevated rights configs.
500+ to 33.

I've spent a good bit of time in industrial spaces over the years. Labs, boiler rooms, maintenance spaces, and highbays. There's a shared design language centered around safety.
So I scrounged some OSHA marking docs and got to work blocking out how I want to paint the Kshatriya's baseplate.
