three ways yakuza NPCs behave when approaching an event happening with the player, throughout the series
1: turn around and leave
2: fade away (they are actually teleporting away somewhere safe, as a defense mechanism)
3: instantly disappear (instantaneous death, their soul is obliterated)

i have finally figured out what determines the rank you get for each battle. this challenge has now evolved.

this run ran rampant in the early game, kinda fell off a bit, but finally got legs near the end. unfortunately, lost immediately to a Mak that immediately filled me with The Most Poison
