you almost definitely already knew that when you tap the little dot on the volume control in windows 11 taskbar, it makes a sound from the designated output, to test the volume and whatnot.
did you know that when you do the same inside Settings under System > Sound > Volume Mixer, it does not 🙃

So we do vehicle registration tag renewals on behalf of the county. Recently, the county has a new policy where third-party tag renewals have to be paid with cash or debit (NOT credit)
