Orphazyme didn’t get approval for arimoclomol because it had a p-value of 0.054.

This 4 billion dollar company went to zero. Bankrupt.

Zevra therapeutics scoops it up. They could get approval this year.

Reverb therapeutics is flipping the script on antibodies: they’re using bi-specifics to grab systemic cytokines and bring them to cancer cells. They’re hoping it leads to an increase immune response against cancer cells. Super neat!

Vancouver is a biotech city that relied on on antibody companies like Abcellera and Zymeworks, but will be taken over by a new crop of companies, like Aspect Bio, Abdera, and who else?
