Die #Hitzewelle zeigt deutlich: #Klimaschutz endet nicht bei der Heizung. Beim Hausbau und bei der Sanierung müssen wir neu denken! Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Zukunftssicherheit müssen noch stärker berücksichtigt werden. Die #Wärmepumpe ist ein Teil der Lösung, nicht das ganze Konzept.

Es gibt immer noch genügend Leute, die die Tagestemperaturen als Ausnahme kommentieren. Ihnen fehlt die Erkenntnis, dass es nächstes Jahr wieder so sein wird. Der #Klimawandel ist menschengemacht und keine Ausnahme.
Eine #Kaltfront greift heute auf den Norden und Teile des Ostens über und bringt etwas kühlere und vor allem trockenere Luft mit sich.
Während im Südwesten örtlich eine tropische Nacht ansteht, sinkt die Temperatur im Norden in der kommenden Nacht zum Montag zum Teil auf knapp einstellige Werte!

Didn’t grow up with #Juneteenth. Moved to the U.S. over a decade ago and only started to grasp what this day really means rather recently.
The last enslaved Black Americans were told they were free two and a half years after emancipation was declared. That gap alone says a lot.
