small update got basic :commands working

Uaghh why did the cursor have to be this hard like when it's a block it's fine but when it's a bar it's hard as fuck

ok got basic mosed working NORMAL and INSERT

making a rust based vi clone and i can open tyhe bibble.txt laying around on my pc

they werent kiding when they said rust has good err msges

i hate this mut thng like why cant i edit stuff on 2 diferent places
