It’s a gloomy night on the Ramsgate Riviera, myself and my wee 4 car are making our way to Ashford before I whizz over to Ebbsfleet and Strood for a round trip up the Marvels of the Medway Valley.

Also new glasses what do we think? Personally I rather like them🤓.

Brrrrr it’s a cold and frosty one today so much so the scarf has come out to play! This morning I find myself shuttling up to the Redhill Riviera and back. Interestingly in a first for me departure this morning was from P2 at Tonbridge and similarly P2 at Redhill! Stay warm folks

This weekend I’ve been in the fens seeing a friend the nearest station being Kings Lynn. I can’t not help but visit their delightful cafe which has absolutely everything you could want under the sun! Spoke with the owner and they were running in the World Cup of stations too!

The tale of two turns yesterday and the day prior I’ve largely been shuttling up and down the 1066 to & from Historic Hastings with the oddity of being swung at London Bridge this week! Yesterday I was up and down the Kent Downs Line of my favourites to Amazing Ashford 🚂🚂

Pick a colour any colour, I’ll give you a hint there’s only one this morning! On today’s duty I find myself solely shuttling between Historic Hastings and Terrific Tonbridge. First time I’ve been here since the closure and the differences are extremely positive.

My thoughts are with all affected by the tragic incident on 1Y90 yesterday evening at Huntingdon. As a member of traincrew it really does hit home more when a severe incident happens on one a train.
