Agile asks for team ownership. Stability. Trust.

Still, most orgs make hiring/firing decisions FOR the team, not WITH them. And then wonder why the team isn’t performing. 🤦

Why should a team trust leadership when leadership doesn't extend trust to the team?

Try reframing complaints as unmet needs. “They never finish anything” could also be “They might be unclear on value or priorities.”

Executives get coaches.
The people delivering the value? They get pressure.
That offends me.
I believe the ones closest to the work deserve the most support.

Everything is feedback.

If your daily standup is boring, that's feedback.
If it feels like a chore, that's feedback.
If your team hates it, that's feedback.

Small failures like this don't mean "standups don't work."
It means they don't work *like that*.
