People wanting to improve relationships impacted by ADHD can hold a 'problem' perspective - this is where the dilemma or challenge is viewed only as a problem or not a problem.

"Better to not do it than to do it poorly..."

"Better to look uncaring than look incompetent..."

We develop these little rules that make us play a smaller game, to stay in our comfort zone and not step out to create the change that needs to happen.

Start by just noticing the rules.

How are you interacting with context?

There is a stage on the ADHD journey where many turn back or stop. It's the no action/awareness phase where your awareness outpaces your change. It can be extremely frustrating but know that this is actually a sign of progress and a necessary spot on your ADHD journey.
