Saturday, Get On The Bus held its Legends and Legacy event, celebrating 6 high school coaches with 38 MD State Championships. We showcased GOTB's impact on kids in Title I schools and featured a panel, including a former player turned high school captain. Thanks to all for supporting! gotbsoccer.org

On Saturday, Get On The Bus launched MD's biggest spring season yet! 215 kids from 15 teams in 10 schools played amazing rec soccer for free. Thanks to Tracy Broccolino & CAC Howard County, post-game snacks added a healthy touch.

This spring 250+ kids in MD will get a chance to play rec soccer because of gotbsoccer.org Each player will get a bag with all they need to participate. Before we can distribute bags, they have to be packed. Shoutout to McDaniel Women's Soccer for helping us pack those bags in record time.

Busy time in Vero Beach supporting students at Fellsmere ES. Thanks to Get on the Bus, 30 kids received gear to participate in rec. soccer. During the week the students will travel to Indian River Soccer Association for a snack, life skills lesson, and a practice. Weekends are for games at IRSA!

Best part of coaching and teaching is when your former players and students want to catch up over coffee.

I woke up in a panic today because I dreamed that my students were coming in and I forgot to run off their midterm exam.
1. It’s Winter Break.
2. I retired last June.

With the holidays approaching and my children getting older, I am going to be forced to implement a strict RTH policy. We will try to soften the disruption with free food and alcohol.

Whether it was thanking ProGK for our gloves or hanging out during the NCAA 1st and 2nd rounds at NYU, I always enjoyed being with my keeper Lauren "Hools" Hoolahan. So proud that she was named an All-American. Second AA in 10 years as the work to build "Keeper College" in Maryland continues.
