I’ve been trying to figure out who I can apply to to replace my Medicare plus plan. I can’t. I’m so confused. 😵💫 Upset. Scared. Panicked. There ought to be a law against Insurance companies suddenly pulling an old lady’s insurance plan. I feel sick 🤢

Still no $$$ in my SNAP account but I am ok because I only purchased what was on sale:
1 pint Hagen Das chocolate ice cream (calcium and satisfying)
2 jars peanut butter (protein)
2 bananas (potassium)
1 bag rice (carbs & iron)
and I still have a dozen assorted frozen dinners in my freezer.

I just made a tea 🫖 mash because black tea is recommended for digestive discomfort and peppermint tea gets the highest recs for gastrointestinal issues both of which I’m experiencing due to diverticulitis. Added honey, of course. Tastes pretty nice. It pays to keep your stash of teas for emergencies
