About a month ago on LinkedIn, I mentioned setting up a place for Community Managers to talk. Think of it as a private oasis for community folks. Totally new, wide open (yeah.. it's pretty empty), waiting for whatever wild ideas or epic rants you want to bring in. #CommunityManagement #cmgr

It does have to be manually switched on, and you would need to set up port forwarding on your router to be visible, but enough people have the instructions, they'll be shared if it ever comes to it.

"Poor man's matchmaking" like some indie PC games do, where it keeps a directory of the last 100 IPs it has learned of other machines you've played with, and pings them directly to see if they're available. You can manually add to the list.
