Todays anti-plastic, anti-capitalist rebellion was making my own hummus. It’s delicious and only took 30 minutes, as well as making a lot more than I’d usually buy from the supermarket.

They sprouted! The celery has little roots too. No luck with the garlic but I think it may have been heat treated so I’ll try again with an organic bulb. One less thing to buy and the rebellion grows.
