In this post, I just meant MKW but if they slap AutoHDR on it, Switch1 are probably all ITM. Still, I'm trying to backport real HDR to compare (see Zelda:EoW post). Fast Fusion looks ITM. Having modded CP2077 on PC, I'm most interested in analyzing that since I've seen images even that is ITM.

Decided to mod Zelda:Echoes of Wisdom to see what the game would have looked like if it didn't use a custom Helj-Dawson tonemapper and instead an HDR compatible one.

1. SDR (Vanilla)
2. HDR tonemap with SDR hue clipping
3. HDR tonemap

The #hdr on #Switch2 is unfortunately faked SDR (oversaturated and jacked up highlights).

Here's Native HDR versus SDR with BT2020 gamut mismatch and ramped up inverse tonemapping.

Nice! It's the missing piece to my Final Fantasy X mod. I even have the Japanese D93 CRT colorspace working. I'll probably add it to RenoDX main library as well.
