A new design for Hoops Karret, I really wanted to keep the indigenous look and give him a better design fitting his personality and culture as an Agiori I’m really proud of it

Might not really do anything with this guy much he’s just an EXE who haunts victim by slowly draining them mentally and making them see hallucinations till they starve to death or killing themselves, I’ll go in depth some time about it.
