I've been sidelined with back issues for a while and so this is the first piece of new art that I've made a start on in the last couple of weeks.
Still not fully fit so this is slow going but it will be a study of irises in oils on linen.

I thought I'd try a couple of bumblebees on a gilded panel rather than my usual solo bee for a change.It was a bit of an experiment to find a use for a couple of 7"×5" panels that have been knocking about the studio for a while.

My latest exhibition is now underway at The Frame gallery in Odiham, Hampshire. I took a few shots just prior to the opening of the preview event on Friday night.The gold works positively glowed under the gallery lighting.
