Needed to decompress after watching mews all day about the Australia terror attack on a Jewish celebration of Hanukkah. Also did an hour of strength.
Didn’t help. I’m still incredibly sad and angry over this latest antisemitic attack.

Long run done. Six miles at goal pace (9:45) or quicker. Got a little ahead of myself those last three miles, especially in the warmer temp and high humidity we had today.
