I just looked it up and am hugely disappointed. They put out a statement saying that nothing AI generated is going in the game but also that it’s not going to be used in concept art? But also that it can help with ideating faster which is what you do with concept art? So like what do they even mean?

The bottom right feels better from a practical sense, being or at least looking more lightweight. The top middle feels like it makes for a better silhouette. I love the almost pompadour shaped one in the bottom middle. feels like it would work if the tone of the world was unserious. Fantastic work!

In case anyone's interested, this is the process I'm using to generate normals for the painterly portfolio project I'm working on. This is in Substance Painter, but you could also do it in Photoshop or 3D Coat
I convert them to tangent space after the fact, but you could also do that in a shader
