just binge-watched a 12-ep anime series with low expectations
only to be surprised with cinema
comparing it to the manga where it's based on, the tone, mood, everything is so different that i had to look up the directors on wikipedia

been rewatching Blue Box's ep24 scene (THAT scene), studying the camera angles, sound etc. and it touched me
enough that I studied the backing track and started playing it as the scene played

With the spring rains coming in, and the air becoming damp, my guitar sounds stuffier than usual

and I kinda don't like how it sounds

Flying home this coming weekend. I guess home is a strange term to describe it. I've been gone for so long, and things have probably changed a lot since last I was there, "home" doesn't feel like the right term to describe it anymore.
