Coal plants have dumped millions of pounds of toxic metals into our waters for decades.

Now, Trump's EPA wants to delay regulations made last year to protect us from this pollution - and may use this extra time to gut the standards altogether.

Today, the #Baltimore City Planning Commission is starting to plan for the Fiscal Year 2027-2032 capital budget.

The FY 2026-2031 budget included NO spending on #ZeroWaste infrastructure - and that has to change.

The MD legislature UNANIMOUSLY passed SB168 in #mdga25, which would have protected communities against testing & construction of Confined Aquatic Disposal cells - but Governor Moore vetoed this bipartisan legislation.
