This will be my first post! It's been years since I used twitter but I've had an urge for a similar discussions to what I had there. For obvious reasons I'm not going back there.

I'll post on topics like product, UX, technology, startups/business and various other things I like to nerd out on.

Being able to use the Audible iOS app on mac might make a M1 MacBook worth it alone.

1/ Haven’t tweeted in a while but I’m in the mood to nerd out on some #product stuff so here’s some thoughts before the Playstation 5 revival today. In short, I think Sony has major challenges ahead of them this generation. #PS5 #PS5Reveal Here’s why:

100% convinced the black hole is how we exit the simulation. The final level of the game.

Interesting to see the example UI at the bottom of the post. Kind of wish that when someone searches for nazi stuff it would make the screen explode with rainbows and things that white supremacists hate.

Probably a while before this is viable / cost effective but I feel like this may be the near future for tvs/monitors. I would pay a fair bit to be able to reclaim desk space by rolling up my monitor when needed. #CES19 #products

Not that I want to give EA ideas but there's two that would make a billion dollars 1) MOBA with Star Wars characters. 2) PUBG clone with Star Wars characters.

Is is weird that I'm sitting here wishing my echo will do this? https://www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2018/3/7/17092334/amazon-alexa-devices-strange-laughter

New Echo thoughts - Part 2: The physical paper instructions that come with the echo appear to be localized to my city (Vancouver). This is unexpected but a nice touch that makes me *feel* like Amazon is building this product for me (not just someone in a major US city).

New Echo thoughts - Part 1: Amazon delivered an onboarding email to me at the same minute that my Echo was delivered. Pretty amazing use of delivery infrastructure, data capabilities and communications channels to solve the problem of getting me up and running.

I finally bought an Echo now that Alexa works with SONOS in Canada. I'm going to share some product thoughts as I set it up today...
