@cbsnews.com , since Barrie Weiss took over, your news is suspiciously warped by condescending to Trump's wishes. The last minute cancellation of a 60 Minutes episode is the latest example. I've tuned you out and will encourage others to do so. We need independent journalism.

@alexkelloffco.bsky.social I'm an unaffiliated CO District 3 voter, but dislike MAGA Republicans. A Democrat can only win this district if they generally adopt some Republican policies. They must reject immigration sanctuary laws, gov't RIF and the extreme transgender agenda, for 3 examples.

This does NOT show rapid evolution. It shows the complexity of gene networks coding for beak shape. They took millions of years to evolve. That network includes genes evolved to somehow "read the current environment" and redirect beak shape accordingly.

Excellent piece supporting overturning of Humphrey's Executor v U.S. when SCOTUS rules on Trump v Slaughter. To the framers of the law establishing the FTC, "neglect of duty" meant failure to abide by current public opinion as reflected in who's elected President.

This is the right kind of "sanctuary law." Local officials should assist DHS in enforcing U.S. immigration laws, but insist that enforcement be done legally, which means excessive use of force should result in the arrest of DHS offenders.
