The Gaza Freedom flotilla is in urgent danger after a suspected Israeli drone attack - burning 14 miles off the coast of Malta. This comes as Israel starves over 2 million people in Gaza, a direct result of the nefarious impact of settler colonialism which we understand all too well here in Ireland.

Israel has struck tents outside two major hospitals in the Gaza Strip overnight, killing at least two people, including a local reporter, and injuring another nine, according to medics.

RIP Jon Kenny. What a fine comedian, who often channelled that edge of insanity from the Limerick-Tipperary border area. A shame that his poor health over many years curtailed his career.
