So I’ve been working on a fear system. Basically the closet you are to danger or if you are in a dark room, fear goes up. If it gets too high then your character does something dangerous to get away from the room/danger. Thoughts? #gamedev #feature #feedback

The people who coded SCP-173 are awesome. I’m trying to do it right now and let me tell you, the AI is BULLSHIT. I have to code movement, separate from the AI, so that it doesn’t bug out. Currently 173 will move towards you and just kinda sit there. #unrealengine #ai #scp #gamedev #blueprints

I have two versions of my game, one in C++ and one in Blueprint. The one in C++ has character movement but no camera movement. The one in blueprint has character and cam movement, as well as 5 SCPs and their code. I think I’ll stick with #blueprints. #unrealengine #ue5 #gamedev #coding #videogames

I’ve updated character and player movement. 173 now has a damage attack, allowing it to break down doors after a certain period of time. 106 has a corroding effect, causing holes in walls the player can walk throygh(without pocket dimension), and the player can blink on command now. #unrealengine

I spent the better part of 12 hours today arguing with the Freelancer support team about their “guaranteed quality entries”, because MOST OF IT WAS AI. I had two good entries and I paid 75 bucks for it, but I want my money back because the guy uploaded the original file, and I saw an AI watermark!
