Instagram is not good for my mental health. ADHD combined with perfectionism creates a 'paralysis-procrastination' cycle. I build accounts up to 3k+, gain traction, change my mind and then destroy them. I've just deleted my established accounts on there, once again. #mentalhealth #instagram #writing

The way I write and my use of grammar on a mobile phone are entirely different from when I’m using a keyboard. I guess my brain automatically associates my phone with thumb-typed chaos, and my keyboard with careful thought.
