These are delicious.
Jimmy Carter’s grandma’s peanut butter cookie recipe does not disappoint. 1 C peanut butter, 1 C sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Bake 350 for about 9 minutes. I used a smidgeon less sugar and added 1/4 C flour, but these were awesome.
