Please support us completing picture + sound editing, for this remarkable story! Moldovan activists changed the laws in their country with no resources except their bodies, their voices and their courage. They inspired me. You will be too!

Yes! Eat in a local restaurant. Go to the local little league game and cheer for both sides. Donate to a local thrift store. Observe how locals think. You may be surprised how truly kind they are.

Let's use our own trivia, not a foreign one. It actually reinforces our own culture, even when it's inane. Let's not be β€˜little Americans without guns’. To quote Saint Lenny: "We're not like them". Let's all be more feisty!

Good response and that's why I follow you. Yes wankers for sure. When I was growing up there were no CDN textbooks, only from UK and US. (yes, I'm that old!)

You are all so culturally colonized by america. Collectively you don’t have any CDN thoughts in your minds. Only u.s. trivia. It deeply saddens me.

Hi Everyone, Is there an easy way to move people I follow on the Twit over here to B Sky? Beside copy their name, search in BS and hope they're here w/same name? Quite tedious. Some on Twit do show their BS handle. Thanks!

Yes those crews are superb for the most part, in my experience. They are well paid and pay a lot of taxes.

Totally agree. Canadians are wonderful storytellers.

Local bookstores are often wonderful places. Re Mr Bozo, good for you. I also avoid, with maybe 2 small purchases in 8 years. For things I spent hours trying to find elsewhere.

Interesting life you have. Yes Carey is a good writer. I ploughed through the Booker list, reading most of the winners over a period of maybe 10 years. Hardly a dud that I can recall. All subjective on my part, of course.

Ok! Thanks so much.

Ok I just subscribed to 'AI Imagery Labeler' from your link. Does that mean it's now turned on for my feed(s)?

Ha ha you beat me to it!

Good idea. I'll try it.

Those films, I have bad news for you. They're 'service deals' for US companies. They are about 90%+, in numbers produced, not Canadian films. Canada gives huge tax breaks to US producers to film here. + low CDN dollar, just increases their profits.

Have you ever read the 'True History of the Kelly Gang' a novel by Australian writer Peter Carey. It's in my top 10 all time reads.

That's because Australians have good collective self-esteem.
