After a lot of printing and edits, I think I finally figured out a functional version of a pixel brick system that I am happy with! Instead of buying LEGO or using perler beads, I can now create my own pixels to do pixelart with 🤩

Uphill intervals with new shoes today. Feels great for intervals, and I love the colours of each shoe. 361 Flame 4.0

1km warm up, 400 m upphill x 4, 1 km cool down. Tried to stay around 4 minutes each time.

December should be used as a bulk month. Eat as much as you can and train as hard as you can. Then start cutting in January. You'll also get the benefit of having a routine in January, makes new years promises much easier! Opinions? #workout

This is my steps for only 3 days this week.

No workouts, only work and everyday life.

My body shut down today and I have a fever and my muscles don't work 🫠

I haven't done a marathon before, but I can imagine that the feeling is exactly the same 🏃🏻‍♂️
