Eines Tages hänge ich mal an einem Abhang, schaue @vesparados.bsky.social in die Augen, der versucht mich zu retten.
Und dann sage ich "Save me" in einer Goofy-Stimme und er muss so lachen, dass er mich in den Abgrund fallen lässt.

Hab mich heute zum ersten Mal für die Psyche krank gemeldet. Hab mich zwischendurch immer wieder schuldig gefühlt (Prägung und so), aber hat geholfen mal einen Tag nicht funktionieren zu müssen. 🧠🩹

Im offiziellen Netzwerk der Rheuma-Liga gibt's zu meiner Krankheit nur eine einzige Gruppe - ohne nennenswerte Beiträge. Die Selbsthilfegruppe in der Nähe hat geriatrisches Durchschnittsalter.
Das Motto des Aktionskreises ist "Selten, aber nicht allein". Ich fühle mich gerade ganz schön allein. 😔

Tried to take my mind off of things and downloaded two games. Both require downloading updates.
#1 always errors out and cannot be updated despite ~15 retries.
#2 has a 30 GB patch and has been downloading for hours.
I just can't win today.
