I received this aged tieguanyin as a bonus from my local teashop.
It's from 2016 and clearly more mellow than young tgy. There are similar floral and white chocolaty hints as in my tanbei tgy, but not as pronounced.

This autumn I became completely unable to play any new games.
I thought that Sekiro would fix me, it didn't. Dark Souls 3 didn't either. Now I've also played Elden Ring with platinum trophy. Still not fixed...
So if you happen to see a messed up person playing unpatched DS2 on PS3, that'd be me 😮💨

So here is the finished amigurumi.
It turned out quite well in my opinion. But the final test will be on the Eve, when when I get to see, if it surprises my partner.

Just finished replaying Dark Souls 3.
I wanted to do the DLC as well, but I find it kinda repulsive for no good reason. Not the first time this has happened. I just cannot bring myself to replay it.
(Also isn't the Japanese cover much nicer than what we ended up with?)

Here's an update on my crochet amigurumi project.
This week I've been crocheting and playing Dark Souls 3. Muscle memory is developing well and I am not splitting the yarn all the time anymore. Joining the legs was quite a challenge, but I managed after a few tries.
Just the finishing touches left

I have been working on my crochet amigurumi while blasting some cold and raw black metal.
It's progressing and I am learning a lot. It definitely was the right call to restart the head.

This will be my very first time crocheting an amigurumi. There is a lot to learn, but it cannot be that difficult, can it?

So my amigurumi has turned out to be a total disaster 😭
The head is super lumpy and I think it has two wrong sides. I thought that I had been doing well with counting, but now nothing is adding up.
I think it's time to undo all the work so far 😥

I beat the Sword Saint for the second time ever. I always felt bad for a cowardly fight on my first playthrough and I feel I have now rectified that.
Just an insanely good boss fight. I also finally had a chance to experience the Owl fight. Feels good to have all the endings.
