Gin and Glaze's other roommate, Philemon Castillo, has had a tumultuous history. Born as the son of an infamous used car dealer (and something of a mogul besides), he ran away from home following his father rejected him being gay. He later found home with a small gang before meeting Gin and Glaze.

Clover Mien is a Simisage that also grew up with Gin and his friends. He was also, at one point, Tartan's neighbor before the Bewear moved out.
... he's an annoying prat that nobody likes, and he doesn't seem to care about that. In fact, it seems like he takes PRIDE in being a nuisance.

Salvatore "Salvo" Ardour is a Ninetales that is a neighbor of Gin and Glaze's - although he's lived in the same neighborhood longer than them. He and Gin are working partners - scenic photographers - although he has had designs on Gin from their first meeting, to the point Gin helped him evolve.

Tonic Carbuncle is the father of Gin Carbuncle, and a very passionate man. He used to play Rugby during college, until an injury cut his career short - he went on to become a marine engineer and office worker. He still plays rugby casually, and isn't afraid to couple up with this or that guy.
Calon Colo is Tonic's boyfriend... for a time, he wasn't, due to his father's treachery, and he went on to have a son and daughter - the daughter is one of Gin's friends. For the longest time, he was a librarian, but his true calling was in photography, even when he and Tonic were dating in college.

Every captain needs a first mate, and that's where Nils Valeyard comes in - a Floatzel from a family of nobles, whom Captain Whiskey met when Nils was 19, still a Buizel then, and they've stuck together since. Whiskey went on to marry his older sister, Marie, but Nils would die of illness at 26.

This is Glaze Aufeis, a Beartic and Gin's boyfriend/partner. Born in the town of Septen, an incident forced him to move to the Nighside area not long after he became an adult. He met Gin some years later, and the two hit it off rather well. Rather aloof with anyone else, unless he likes you.
