Just suggested this to the many people in Oakland I know opposing Home Depot and ICE.
In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

The blame goes entirely to Trump and the Republicans, who are harming millions of innocent people, many of them their own voters and supporters.
So strange that academic freedom is only important to Republicans, or supposedly so, when it involves lefty professors in the Ivy League. But it's fine to be a right-wing blowhard at Texas A&M. Or a racist cop, apparently.
If you're a professor at Texas A&M, you'll need to receive written authorization from the university president before discussing this incident on campus.

It's very simple, really. What Trump and the GOP are doing, using starvation as a weapon against 42 million Americans and the Democratic Party, is the equivalent of a war crime.
A reminder that less than two months ago, the Trump administration abruptly ended the federal government's 27-year practice of collecting data on hunger and food insecurity.

About 200 people stood in an intersection outside the Coast Guard base in Alameda, California, where federal agents were said to be arriving to prepare for an ICE operation. Protesters held signs that said “No ICE or Troops in the Bay” and “No Hate No Fear, Immigrants are Welcome Here.”
